At BSCS, we are committed to ensuring that all learners, regardless of their background or protected characteristics, are provided with the support and opportunities they need to thrive. We understand the importance of creating a supportive atmosphere that not only respects but also celebrates the unique backgrounds and perspectives of all students and staff. Our goal is to equip every learner with the understanding and respect for diversity, preparing them to be global citizens who appreciate and embrace differences.

Our school, as part of the Olympus Trust are working in partnership with Angie Brown and the 'Being Luminary' program. This means we are developing our practices through evaluation, audits, meetings and surveys with parents, staff and learners.
